NON FURNITURE RETURNS Returns and exchanges for regularly stocked non-furniture merchandise are performed happily under the following conditions: Items must be returned in new, unused condition (and in original packaging, please) within 30 days of purchase date. Custom orders, discontinued, sale or closeout items excluded. Apologetically, we cannot be responsible for lost or damaged return packages and shipping charges are not included on refunds. FURNITURE RETURNS Please fully read and understand our return policy before ordering. There are certain circumstances and conditions that apply to furniture items which are different than most consumer goods, and also certain conditions that result from the fact that we specialize in one of a kind and made to order items. If you discover a problem after you've accepted delivery, please contact us immediately at (800) 891-0466. Please retain all packing material until you are completely satisfied with the condition and performance of your purchase. If it is necessary to return or exchange a furniture item, it must be approved and arranged within 10 days of delivery and returned within 30 days. Non-defective custom made items do not qualify for return or replacement. Other furniture returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee and shipping charges are not included on refunds.
